The first are already lived in while the whole continues towards completion, inviting each guest to become part of the process - an ode to the stripped-back truth of Mani.
At eks, arrival is not an abrupt transition; it unfolds gradually, with respect for the value of each moment. The route climbs before giving way to paved paths, stepped courtyards and shifting levels inspired by Mani's uphill village alleys. Before you reach the residence, the pace has already changed. The outside world you carry begins to recede and transform, movement slows, and the retreat starts before the door even opens.
For us, the horizon is not simply a distant line. It is a constant presence - where sea and mountain meet, distance opens up and the eye is free to travel. From morning light to the last colours of dusk, the view keeps shifting without losing its balance. The horizon becomes less something to look at and more something to live with.
